Keyword: Pizza
Servings: 4
- 1 can crescent roll
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- optional toppings: pepperoni, olives, onions, green onions, mushrooms, etc.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Cut the crescent roll into 12 pieces.
Place pieces into muffin pan and fill the bottom.
Add pizza sauce, cheese, and any toppings you want.
Cook at 350 F for 13 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the dough is starting to brown.
Grease your muffin tin well or use silicone liners to make removal easier.
Press the dough up the sides of each muffin cup to create a little pizza "crust."
Don’t overfill with sauce—about 1 tablespoon per cup is plenty.
These freeze well! Bake, cool, and freeze in a single layer before transferring to a bag or container.
Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness (microwaving works too but will make them softer).
