Start by cooking your pasta according to the package instructions until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Once cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water and set it aside.
In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, cream cheese, and reserved pasta water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Once the avocado sauce is smooth, pour it over the cooked pasta in a mixing bowl. Gently toss the pasta until it is evenly coated in the creamy sauce.
