Cottage Cheese Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups oat flour just blend oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, maple syrup, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the oat flour and baking powder until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet and gently press them flatter and shape into cookies.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool before serving to toddlers.
