Cheesy Carrot Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot I shred mine and chop it into small pieces in a food processor.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  • In a bowl, mix shredded carrot, cheese, flour, garlic powder, and eggs until combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into mini muffin cups.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and set.
  • Let cool before serving to toddlers.
